I put the wrong weights on the bar and nearly split my trousers squating. Pretty much sums up today

deadlifts with purple resistance bands trippled over:
bar + bands x 5
60kg + bands x 5
100kg + bands x 3
120kg + bands x 3
140kg + bands x 2

dont know what the resistance was at the top but it felt like maybee an extra 50kg maybee

DE bench press:
bar x 5
40kg x 3
50kg x 3 x 8

first time ever today i squatted low bar. it feels wrong on the shoulders but very right on the squat its self Happy anyway:

very deep squats:

bar x 10
50kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5

front squats:

40kg x 8
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
got tired

calves and abs

Record a night of snoring, play it back during the next night and if you sleep in the right position maybee it will create a standing wave and with destructive interference it might cancel out the sound of the snoring Grin

there were some cocks curling and doing 8th squats in the rack so i had to f**k about with attching bands to a pile of 20 plates. it didnt work

60kg + purple bands doubled over x 3

130kg + bands x 3
140kg + bands x 4

50kg x 3 x 8

its times like this when i want to go to a real gym because that was crap

If you squat 3 times a week should you deadlift aswell?
