I used to go to a chippy on Oldham market that did chips with cheese and curry sauce. It was amazing.

Do you tend to order the same thing from the chippy or is there any degree of variation involved?

Fatpete said:Squats tonight and I am strangely tempted by sets of ten. Whether I am still tempted in nine hours or so remains to be seen

What exactly is it about the sets of ten that tempts you? Is it the challenge of getting through said sets of ten or is it the gains that will come from it?

I realized that I havn't really done any kind of deload or had any time off at all since Christmas/new year and I have felt a bit wrecked recently, especially after maxing out on squats. Not to mention the weekly AMRAP touch and go deadlifts. So I decided that this week I would deload.

Squat

bar
60kg x 8,8,8

chinups

10,10,10

db bench

15kg x 15
20kg x 10,10

that was fun. I dont know why I dont deload every week
