Hello everyone.

Im Davie (or Beard or Beaston depending on what Buzz calls me in his training videos) and I have just started working at Strength Shop H.Q with Buzz but have been training with him usually once a week since start of the year.

Since I have a great opportunity to train with some very strong dudes, I guess its time I got strong too.

Todays session on my own at lunch time

Power cleans

60kg x 5
80kg x 5 x 3 sets

Circus Dumbell

42kg x 5 right
42kg x 3 left
42kg x 5 right
42kg x 3 left
53kg x 1 right

Heavy as fook sandbag carry for 40m

One Hand Deadlift

Bench

8 x 100kg (pb )

Brilliant session at SSHQ today - took too big a jump on the band squats and got stuck at the bottom. I have only ever got 6 for 100kg bench before and that was years ago, happy with the pb.
