i didnt feel atall motivated both mentally and physically which sodomised my performance.

bench press:
bar x 8
50kg x 3
60kg x 3
80kg x 1
90kg x 1 followed by 3 clap pressups. went up too slowly
80kg x 1 followed by te pressups
85kg x 1 pressups
85kg x 1 pressups
90kg x 1 pressups

bar x 5
60kg x 10
80kg x 8
100kg x 5

Does anyone know the difference between using resistance bands normally and using them reversed? I mean like suspending the bands from the top of the rack. Is the resistance any different?

bear in mind that squat was done parollel with belt and knee wraps and that im crap at repping the squat for some reason. these ones are with no wraps or belt and way below parollel but yeah i see your point
