Has anyone tried this? Thinking of doing it, working of 90% like on 5/3/1


See that actually sounds like a good routine that I would consider doing. Is it used by finnish people? Because they usially know what they're doing. Is there a specification for assistance?

iv streching my hamstrings by standing and touching the floor for my SLDL and so far i have become a lot more flexible. its a bugger to do but worth it for the improvements in form

Back on the subject of the deadlift routine, are you supposed to attempt a new 1rm on the 4th week or are you supposed to repeat the cycle adding on 5kg untill you bear your 1rm?

So did you use your current 1rm for the percentages? And also are you using assistance excersises?
