I do, but I actually prefer Chorley cakes, these are the same as an Eccles cake but with shortcrust pastry rather than flaky. If you have never tried them, do so and don't waste a moment. Let me know what you think

That sounds the like pinnacle of human luxury. Have you ever had Chorley cakes with custard?

I've already congratulated you via another mode of communication, but will do it again here - congrats! Happy
I was trying to remember my first 230kg, but can't. I have clear memories of doing 231kg, 250kg, 260kg and 271kg (sumo), plus some hazy memories of some of the in between numbers.

Thank you again Happy

What do you think you could deadlift now?

I am excited by the concept of deadlifting 250kg conventional and beltless and being jacked as a result

He locked it for a millisecond then left elbow gave way, if he got the rack command in that millisecond it should be a good lift.
If I were the lifter I would be embarrassed to claim as a legit lift sure the guy will get it legit sooner or later.

I can't face watching the whole video again but I will take your word for it!

From what we can see the lift looked alright to me but the video its self was tedious. No way of skipping to the action and if you click on another tab while its playing it takes it back to the beginning again. I don't want to see the guy walking around in a different room before watching the lift. Took me 2 days and 3 attempts to actually get to the bit of the video where he benches it, and then it cuts out before the lift is technically complete.

Obviously a very impressive number though, well done to the guy.
