full squats. its very light and gay but then so is my regular squat so i thought maybee if i improve my full squat the parrollel squat will follow

bar x 10
40kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 2
100kg x 1

hamstrings still tight and lower back to a lesser extent.

abs and calves

todays training

deadlifts: bar x 5
60kg x 3
100kg x 1
with belt 140kg x 1
180kg x 1
195kg x 1 realy crappy form but who cares?
200kg x 1 not as bad form but still bad. yay.

SLDL: 60kg x 10
80kg x 10
90kg x 6

18" deadlift: 180kg x 3
200kg x 1

got tired and went home. any suggestions of what to do next?
