Yeah buddy! Talking off licking ass, when I got back to work it was pointed out that I had buttock imprints on my chest. It was obviously the chalk from the front squats, but now everyone thinks I had a big naked man sat on my chest! If only they knew...

Bench (Closhish grip-thumbs length from smooth)

60kg x8
100kg x3
to a 2 board from here
100kg x3
120kg x1
140kg x1
145kg x1
150kg-f
147.5kg x1
150kg x1-pretty easy this attempt
152.5kg-f

Took a bit too long for my liking as there were 5 of us training. Turn around was too slow for a dinner hour session. Unhappy I think if I'd had time to try again 152.5 may have gone.

edit: forgot that it was close(ish) grip bench

Cheers, why you not visiting again, was it the c**t comment? It is a compliment you know. Happy

I think the fails were due to set up or line being slightly off, seems to make a big difference near max weights.
