I'm not sure but there may be a different Coan deadlift routine knocking about with a bit more to it. Shane is doing it. Was nervous all last night thinking about todays squatting. Back was feeling sore before hand, didn't eat as much as I wanted and had a s**tty morning, so was fearing the worst. Good stuff...same week as Ben F, how much lighter!? lol | ||
