Well, I like it. I'm not sure but there may be a different Coan deadlift routine knocking about with a bit more to it. Shane is doing it. I've still to decide about whether I'm doing 531 after this, or just run another Coan routine.

it's more of a stability thing. Also can show up weaknesses. I only go light for reps. Think I've done 30-35s though.

Happy as flip to have got these done, last weeks triples were hard, these felt no harder though. Was nervous all last night thinking about todays squatting. Back was feeling sore before hand, didn't eat as much as I wanted and had a s**tty morning, so was fearing the worst. Good stuff...same week as Ben F, how much lighter!? lol

f**king great squatting mate. Triples on 175 must mean theres a PB there at the end of the routine.
