240x1 failed second. Miss loaded 10kg light first go and tweaked my back but went for it again with right weight and got one.

Bit dissapointed. Felt really flat but should be getting regular training in again so should be moving up soon

3 sets of curls and 3 sets of dips. Good to be back in the gym but i've teaked something in my neck aswell on the last 100kg overhead

Not really mate. Still way off where i was in about may last year. If i can hit that same spot by may i'll be a bit brighter about the rest of the year

Quite happy with this morning as i havn't benched or squatted for about 2 month and really thought my max would be about 150 right now so to hit a good double twice looks good for the coming year

Deadlift has plenty of room for improvement. I think i might just train this year and maybe not compete
