Well today I took a little trip up to see JT. Result of this trip is that I now have more weight in my garage than I have ever pulled. Time to get some real graft done this year

It's basicly ortmyer routine for working sets. It's hard graft due to the number of reps you do but worth giving a go

Last couple of reps were hard and I have an ache in inner edge of left shoulder blade. Any ideas?

Still struggling to get motivated and my twins are being delivered by c section tomorrow but went into garage a bit frustrated with things and decided to lift a little

220x1 massive hitch but it felt good to hit over 200 after so long of no regular training

All in all really felt positive and enjoyed lifting today. Just hope I can find time to lift when the boys are here

Boys were born by c section on Thursday. One of them hasn't being very well and spent two days at another hospital in icu (I went with him and then followed the ambulance back to Bedford)
Mum and boys are now doing well. Not training done and I've had a headache for 2 days
