That was about 45 mins work and then 15 mins sweating on the bike so about hour mate. Might be a lot of work but it's all pretty light really. Although i'm enjoying training again so changing things has work for me

Went up to the stable today.
Bit of bench upto 125. Had a go at 132 1/2 but it wasn't to be so maybe next month

Log
Again lightish but did hit 92kg so a soft pb there

Deads
Upto 230 raw then belt and straps for 250 had a shot at 260 big strugle with it but got it so nice pb
