That sucks vausie. I only got two pb's and one was soft. That old horse Clark got a tidy bench pb and Fanny fandango was very close to pulling 230

Most things feeling pretty easy so time to up the weight next week.
Followed this little lot with...
30 mins on exercise bike on random hill 16km. Not sure how this compares to cardio beasts like boar but not bad at a solid 14st

Hahaha at the Owl. I don't have a Land Rover at the moment but this will change with in the next 12 months.
Maybe I need to give you a few pointer on hitching and you'll be pulling 240 soon

I'd best not mention that too her yet. I don't think I could cope with a full year of being pestered with Landrover questions.
Yeah, I'd love to learn to hitch! It's just one of those things I don't understand how to do. Once the bar stops moving for me, it's game over.

To be honest i've no idea how i ended up doing it. I think it is because i use so much back off the floor and at the top i really over arch my back so i just sort of started doing it as i went heavier

Still light and lots of reps. Feeling pretty good at the moment. Weight is stable at 14st1lb but lost 1 1/2" of waist. Bloody hell i was carrying some fat over last 6/8 month
