also i did a funny fall over at one point when i was leaning on a smith machine bar and it fell down

Cool. Looking forward to seeing both your pupils compete. I should also credit you for some of the improvements I've been making with my deadlift just from taking on board the way you say to do SLDLs. I might have to come and visit you at some point to get you to look at my deadlift as I've never been happy with it if I'm honest.
