squatted the other night: 70 110 140x3 165x2 185x2 200x2 215x1 175x5x4sets bench 100x3 110x3 120x3 125x2 132.5x2 115x5x4sets deadlift 145x3x5sets then today: squat up to 190x2 202.5x2 210x1 180x5x3 not bad. bench (narrower grip due to being in a squat rack) up to 130x1 137.5x1 117.5x5x3sets last rep paused. Not bad considering a 'new' grip deadlift 150x3x5 training is going ok but pretty bored of training alone and in the cold now. Low levels of motivation. | |||
