Okay for running/sport stuff but not great for squatting 170x1 added belt for this one. Bit touch and go but dug in and nailed it. Deads DOH 60x10 100x5 140x5 Normal grip 180x3 Belt on 220x1 220x3 hard work 200x3 Benchpress 65x3 95x3 110x3 120x1 Off line and a bit shakey but good enough. Pretty happy to keep things up | ||
