Lots of hard work going on with the bench press mate. Sounds like muscle junction could be more of a business opportunity if you charged membership!

Thanx T-man. We do get the guys to put in a contribution once a month, and we use that to help buy equipment. It is cool to think tho that we do seem to be building somthing quite special at Muscle Junction Happy

Thanks for the "gentle" encouragement to try something a little heavier tonight lad Happy Sometimes i need a little assistance in convincing myself to try a new weight !!

Hope the shoulder sorts itself out , dont try and train at the weekend if the 2 days off would do it more good in the long run Happy

Shoulders often feel weird after a few consecutive hard sessions, rest a couple of days and they're good as new usually!

You should have hitched the deadlift if it wasn't coming clean though! Lol

I guess rest is the key. I was hitching the deadlift lol. belive me i wanted it cos my end of year target was 210. I hate the feeling of faliure Angry

Farmers walk

I measured out 20mtrs on my drive.

Empty 35kg each hand 20mtrs x2
55kg each hand 20mtrs x2
75kg each hand 20mtrs x2
85kg each hand 20mtrs in 19.5secs
85kg each hand 20mtrs not timed. Grip felt better on this run!

Not great i know. I feel confident about improvment though.
