Training is looking good bud, the Russian masters improved my log no end when I recently did it so hopefully you'll have some success too. How's the weight loss coming by the way?

Yeah i'm still at 93kg. Getting a bit worried about this last 3kg!!

Really Frustrated, I've lost 6kg BW over the last two months and it seems to have made my gym time hard.


TUE 3.9.13

Just in the gym rolling out and stretching for 20mins. Skipping, sit ups, BW squats and empty bar GM's. Then another good roll out! Feel a bit better.
