WEIGHTED DIPS BW x 2 +51Kg x 2 +51Kg x 2 SQUATS (raw, deep) 60 x 4 100 x 2 140 x 2 180 x 1 210 x 1 212.5 x 1 We now have a stone platform! It is my chin height (so not very high at all then ). Looking forward to trying it out. | ||

POWER CLEANS from just below knees (in power rack) 70 x 2 70 x 2 I realised the bar was bent. 100 x 3 100 x 3 Bent bar was causing me problems, so set it all up again with a different bar... but that turned out to be bent as well (not as bad)!! 102.5 x 2 102.5 x 2 Got fed up with my messy bent-bar cleans and moved on to something else... AXLE DEAD LIFTS (double overhand, straps) 160 x 1 200 x 1 230 x 1 253.5 x 1 - nice smooth lift ATLAS STONE - no tacky - in the rain! Wanted to try out our new platform. Chin height for me.
