Saturday 2nd October...

Played around with my DB to get some photos and video footage - but I can't work out how to put them on here Angry

Several singles with right arm.

1 successful lift with left arm.

Today...

WEIGHTED CHINS (neutral grip)

+12.5 x 4
+12.5 x 4
+12.5 x 4
+12.5 - 3 reps, quick breather, 1 rep

SQUATS (raw, deep)

190 x 4 - surprisingly easy Happy
190 x 4 - and again Happy

These aggravated my back less than they did last time Happy

Harder yes, but a lot more comfortable.

Just can't handle as much weight! Don't know the biomechanical reasons why.

I was tired from spending 25 hours at work (with poor food intake), and before going home having to restrain our most dangerous resident on my own (normally a 2-3 man job).

Quickie in my garage....

STRICT PRESS - 94 - 4 x 4

PLATE WRIST CURLS

Here's the 1st set of pressing....

Power cleaned off stands due to my back problem, which is nearly better Happy

In terms of training volume I'm barely ticking over at the moment, but I'm feeling strong on the stuff I am doing.

Next pressing session I'll train with my DB. My aim will be 2 successful presses with my left arm. I'll also do some grip work with it - picking the f**ker off the ground with one hand!

Thanks Sam.

My pec tendon seems OK now, so some light benching might be on the menu Wink

Glad that's healed up mate. Bench will help your overhead loads anyway.
