Been away for a week - holiday in the beautiful Lake District.

Very quick "play" in garage today. Back to gym on Wednesday. Can't train Monday or Tuesday because of f**king work.

CONTINENTAL CLEAN & PUSH PRESS

112 x 1 - easy
128 - failed lock-out (PB attempt)
128 - failed lock-out

Bit ambitious after a holiday. I suppose I can call the 128 a PB continental clean. I have the 2nd attempt on my phone. How do I put the video on here??


Finished with a few PLATE WRIST CURLS.


Looking forward to a PROPER session at the gym on Wednesday.

Just got back from gym. Wasn't really in the mood for training as I have an ear infection which is pissing me off! Last night I threw my pillow at the wardrobe in anger!!!

Warmed up with 70Kg. I wondered why it didn't feel right, and then realised the bar was banana-shaped! Switched to a different bar.

I'm a reserve for the UK's, so I need to make sure I'm worthy of that, in case I'm needed.

Doing Will's intermediate comp later in the year.

Apart from that, nothing! I was half tempted by the Sheringham comp, but it's "novice/intermediate" level, and I avoid the word "novice" at all costs now!

Forgot to include - after the 115Kg log I strict pressed 90Kg for 4 reps.

It's a home-made one! Maybe approx 10" in diameter. Logs in comps feel easier!
