I did 235Kg with wraps ages ago. Maxing out with wrapped knees is well overdue.

Best I've done raw is 215Kg (pretty much to full depth).

I haven't joined the "Powerlifting League" because I don't bench. Maybe we could have a SQ/PP/DL option??

I found that if I'm not playing with a big log all the time then it goes to s**t.

POWER CLEANS from just below knees (in power rack)

I realised the bar was bent.

Bent bar was causing me problems, so set it all up again with a different bar... but that turned out to be bent as well (not as bad)!!

Got fed up with my messy bent-bar cleans and moved on to something else...
