I have lost approximately 50kg in weight so thinking of a way to cheer myself up When I was 125 kg I pulled 250kg dead x1 rep twice my bodyweight So now I am 75kg I pulled 170x2 dead which is twice my body weight and 20kg x2 reps so for my bodyweight I am stronger This May be total bulls**t but it makes me feel a lot better about my self | |||
