Very pleased with that (Before one of my critics asks - yes I used straps. Get over it.) Also tried some seated log press. ABORT ABORT ABORT. Nearly injured my shoulder. Not trying that again. | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22746 posts | Thanks Andy. The part of my back that was giving me bother feels a bit tender now, but it's OK. The log was way too cumbersome to press seated, and getting into position without anyone to assist was crazy. Nearly hurt myself, but not quite. | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22746 posts | My back is still giving me aggro, but lifting weights doesn't seem to aggravate it. My left pec tendon is also injured, but I can press overhead. If/when I re-introduce bench press I'll start off light and build up slowly. | ||
