Technique was all over the place. Just couldn't co-ordinate arms and legs.

Thanks Will. I think I'll focus on log for a while. I want to join the 130 club! My brute shoulder strength is possibly the best it's been. Need to sort my technique out!

Felt strong on these and was well in control of those weights. More there Happy


Was meant to do some weighted chins, but my bicep needed a rest after a lengthy restraint at work last night.
