Have you thought about using a belt?

I have an inflamed sacroiliac joint. A belt isn't the answer. I might try front squats instead. I'll see how it goes.

Good squats Wayne.

You give the back some tlc? Tennis ball and stretching good for the sacroiliac joint.

Thanks.

Stretching seems to aggravate it. I'm just trying to avoid aggravating it as much as possible, although I can't not squat! I don't think my bed is helping. It's only a minor problem, but I just can't shift it. It's radiating into the hip.

Grin

It's a "there's no obligation to log everything I do and I'm allowed to go quiet for no reason" sort of log Grin

Not really a training session, but had a quick play with my new 57Kg circus dumbbell. 2 successful presses with right arm and 1 with left.

Thanks Sam.

I should have shouted "BIGGEST PRESS IN THE STREET, STRICT! COME ON!" Grin

My back hasn't felt too bad over the past couple of days. I'm not going to lift anything heavy off the ground for a few weeks and see what happens.

You should have done mate! I really find getting hyped up like that helps. I used to train in a garage gym setup like you do so i got in the habit of it! Unfortunately it doesn't go down too well in public gyms.

Deads and squats aggrevate my ongoing hip/back problem aswell. Front squats seem to be ok, though.

I usually train at a gym. I've got some stuff in my garage that I use if I can't get to the gym for whatever reason (usually lack of time).

Back squats slightly aggravate my back/hip in the bottom position at the moment. If it becomes a problem I'll try front squats, plus maybe some leg curls.
