Some rather slow and hitched pulls but I've never pulled over 200 with no hitch and as not doing power lifting doesn't bother me

Deadlift coming back well, mate.
Don't forget hitching also puts you at increased risk of injury!

I'm a lot more careful than I was 5 years ago with training and recovery.
I tend to lean back a bit far so the bar ends up traveling up my legs as opposed to been hitched a few inch at a time. So the pull is still smooth if that makes sense?
