that's a quality deficit weight for a double be interested to see how you swap back into normal technique, really messes mine up on deficit, hopefully be down soon to do most of my deadlifting their with sparrow legs soon for next comp after one on Saturday , exhausted most gyms here now all s**t bars and no deadlifting from floor bit of a joke really
