110 - Tried once, didn't pop head through then really exploded and it flew, lockout was tough for the last inch but still nailed it.

Happy with tonight seeing as I haven't tapered my training off at all

Getting better Josh, Ive binned log off for the minute, alternating between bar and axle. Mt favourite implement is axle by far so its not really difficult.

I really do believe my gash pressing is due to weak triceps. My max bench is 135 TnG and my max strict at the minute is about 85. I just need to keep chipping away at them consistently like millsy said and They'll come good.

Cheers mate, I wanted to split jerk and try and get 115, but my lower back was pumped before I left the house so after deadlifting I didn't want to risk it.

You're only 20 and pressing often takes time to develop. It will come with time under the bar.

I think id pull it now tbh mate. My positioning at the end of the lift has improved loads so I dont slow down at the knee as much

I swapped them in before my last comp and they made a difference to my dumbbell, axle and log. But once I had a week off my tricep power disappeared. Strict press is the only thing that gives me consistent gains Doc

Ok cool.

When you bench, do you pause them or tng them?
