Farmers 120x20 Yoke 250x20x3 90kg farmers in to 250kg yoke 20&20 First event session of the season, didn't deel particularly strong so I'm not to concerned with the numbers. | ||

Squat - still in a muscle size/work capacity phase. Everything feels ridiculously easy. Deadlift- been pulling clean reps, working on getting right now I don't have a belly in the way. But more lat and trap development should lead to some big numbers. Overhead- struggling already so took some advice from Jc, mills and Hix and re planned everything. New exercise selection and volume should lead to improvements but this is going to take a while. Events- only got one session in, need to start working 18" and get my legs used to moving again lol. Not worried about events for a few more weeks. | ||
