Mixed bag today, got a few tips on log from Pad so will try to put them in place this week. Happy with farmers though, although I should of done 150 for 20m months ago.

Happy with tonight, progress is good seeing as ive only started to feel myself past couple of days

Squat

210 x2 - First was solid, second was tough

Strict press

Bar x1 6 sets

80 x1 - Tough

Feel like I can press 60 all day, anything after that and it feels heavier than it should. Took paddy advice on each rep and tried to concentrate on exploding each time, Time will tell if it makes a difference.

5/3/1 starts again next week so week before Christmas my aim will be 220 x3 or 240

as for the pressing imo if you want to be a complete strongman you need to batter your shoulders/triceps hard but also work just as hard on technique. Ben k is the perfect example not the strongest presser but gets round it with great technique and explosive power

if you work HARD on these you could get right to the top in strongman imo
