Bench (again) 100 x1 - Felt s**t and slow so warmed up again 60 x5 - Paused 90 x2 - Paused 110 x2 120 x2 130 x1 Standing strict DB press 3 sets 5 reps, then one max set for 1 rep 3 sets of DB bicep curls Strict Press - Had 5 minutes to kill 30 x10 30 x10 30 x10 Minced about like f**k tonight because I got some new kit. Progression awaits... | ||
