I had no plan tonight, Ive put my name down for bodypower again so I thought id try some 18 inch pull. I have ALOT of work to do in 7 months.

18" Deads

270 x1(Still Very Easy)
310 xf Got it moving, just could get any sort of speed

I then tried to do a full clean twice with 60kg and failed miserably. I then did a muscle snatch with 60kg.

Back to the plan next week, Just used this week to f**k about.

It's actually 16.5" Grin Very good start though

And if Bobs Northern/Bodypower are your priorities next year, it makes sense for you to prioritise the 16" pull over from the floor, as both will almost certainly have 16" deadlift on tractor weels

Lol I wanted to to two 40m runs then go to 130's but I had no chance after they were soaked in water.

I just do Conans for the sake of it Josh, But im not half bad.

Cheers mate, the 180 was a 2 rep pb aswell.

Ill keep pressing on with the plan
