I have ALOT of work to do in 7 months. 18" Deads 60 x1 150 x1 190 x1 230 x1 270 x1(Still Very Easy) 310 xf Got it moving, just could get any sort of speed 270 x1 230 x3 190 x5 200 x5 Log 70 x1 80 x1 90 x1 100 x1 107 xf 70 x6 I then tried to do a full clean twice with 60kg and failed miserably. I then did a muscle snatch with 60kg. Back to the plan next week, Just used this week to f**k about. | ||

Farmers 100 x15(Stopped in a huge puddle, Both the farmers and my shoes were covered in water) 100 x15 with wet farmers lol Power cleans 60 x1 80 x1 & Split Jerk 100 x1 & Push Press 110 x1 Oly Bar PB, Done the weight on an axle before Bicep curls 2 sets 30 reps with 12kg 15 reps with 15kg | ||

Squat 60 x1 60 x1 100 x5 100 x5 120 x3 140 x5 160 x1(Wraps were too low) 160 x4 180 x5(Could of done 10) Log 70 x1 70 x1 70 x1 80 x1 90 x1 102 x1 80 x3 70 x5 some bicep work aswell. Good start in my build up to set some pbs before crimbo | ||
