speaking of the deadlift return, i looked at the 210 and timed it (using primitive methods). it took about 1 second from floor to lockout. this is about 0.1 seconds quicker than the 210 on the build up to 265, so this is good

I really don't know, id be happy with any improvements though. I think maybe those squat and deadlift numbers sound maybe doable, however im not sure about a 140kg paused bench. id happily get 130 in competition though
in other news I have become very ill with some kind of flu or something. does anyone know any cures other than lying in bed watching the simpsons?
