my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320 720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq	overall placing=5th 1.axle deadlift opened with 290 flew up 310 slower 330 3rd pull went for bust on this as i knew a 320 wouldnt have got me a higher placing due to count back failed it came off the floor thou 3rd place i believe maybe wrong 2. overhead medley mission was to get the axle and log in a fast time did it in just under 29seconds happy with that as they are both one rep maxes for me (the axle felt super light to clean) spent the rest of the time fannying around with the inch. mid field 3.medley (this took me to within a inch of the end of my life) came third with 71 seconds i was 1 of only 3 to go the full distance 4.fire truck arm over arm CANCELED gutted with my body weight and the training i had done i think i would have got another high placing on this 5. anvil carry and big f**k off battery carry anvil was easy took ages to pick up the battery and bye the time i had got it up not long left so i lagged it got some like 46metres 6.stones got the first 3 these cooled my tacky down(i was using elite) and on the 4th stone there was no grip and didnt want to rip a bicep so i spat dummy out and walked off
