my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | yeah but i would love to see how much i can deadlift as i pulled 310 just under the knee a few weeks back and the 260 i did a few weeks back was easyish but that is wen my leg started to go wrong. the physio recons that cause i thought it was going to be so hard to lift that the movement was to quick which caused the first twang. dont no if i explain that right how is your training going chris | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | good workout today before work bench press 60x5 80x5 100x1 115x1pb 120x1pb 130x1even better pb dumbell shoulder press super setted with same weight seated shrugs 20x12/10 25x8/10 27.5x6/10 5/6 various rehab for hammy instructed by physio and a few super sets for gunz and to ne one in the no is physio ment to hurt like a mother f**ker ?she keeps digging her elbow into my hamstring causing me to wimper like a little girl | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | had a work out today after nights wide grip pulldown stackx4 someother sets dumbell row warm ups then 50x12 upright row then two presses 50x6 x2 some cable crossovers and bis bench presses 50 x12 x3 at least 3 second pause on chest each rep for first 8reps did many super sets and drop sets to much to remember | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | gym busy again give jerks a miss bench 40x5 60x5 100x2 120x1 132.5xf quite proud of the progress on this as of late but will drop it for a while squats 20xlots 60x10 100x5x2 120x1 this flew up was only going ta go this heavy but thought f**k it and went heavier was very surprised as i have not back squated in ages and not done any legs for well over a month 150x3 x3 100x3 was going ta go double digits on this weight but could feel a cramp sort of feeling building so binned it off was going ta go full rom but did feel up to it with the cramp in hams parials deadlifts upto 240kgx2 legpress feet low on sled 120+sled x30 x3 dumbell row 25x10 32.5x5 52.5x5 | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | on advice of my physio claire i was to start proper training again deadlifts 60x10 100x10 140x5 180x5 200x1 220x1 240x1 260x1 =to pb 262.5xf got to above knees then stalled jerks dont no how tony does these after deads i had no explosive leg drive left all for one rep 60,80, 90, 100, 110, 120xf strict press 60x11 80x3/4 60x7 didnt rest long between these leg extension a few sets really light one leg at a time how the physio taught me then on the work sets she said to go light and high reps. the new machines we have only go to 75kg so did that for 3 sets of 16 some tricep extentions overhead and some biceps | ||
