dog s**t workout today

axle deadlift (main problem i had on all sets was that when the bar breaks off the floor on a normal bar there is a spring on the axle it doesnt and this cause me to stall at this point many times)
81x3
131x3
181x1
221x1
251xf/f/f
221x5
251x1/f
this lot did my f**king head in

arm over arm only one tyre(100kg one)
tyrex15m
tyre+100kgx15meters
tyre+140kgx5meters (in the first 5 meters there is about 3 meters of my neighbours drive way and its very rough and digs right in to the tyre)
tyre+140kgxfail it wouldnt even budge

was wanting to do farmers as well but head wasnt in it so took my toys back in to sulk

another mediorce session, althou i never expect much on the training session after my last night had 3 hours kip this morning and left training till late so didnt want to take the risk of nailing a few redbulls or some no-xplode as it would have me up all night

log
75x2
95x2
115xf
115x1
122.5xf my wrist are begining to get quite sore from the sides of my dodgey log digging into them

axle (clean+ strict press)
81x3 felt very hard on the press
was making to much noise so stopped this

axle deadlifts double overhand(mainly for speed, did em in my ironwork 3's and made the start more leg dominant this maybe the answer to my prayers on the maxle)
81x2
121x2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2 20secs rest between sets

strict log press
75x5

1.5 mile jog with a few intervals of running
kingham22Iconnew haircut and a trip over to the osg to get my head back in the game09-02-2010 @ 19:59

axle
65x3
115x3
165x1
215x1
245x1 put straps on from here on in 245 flew up just proving the axle in my garden is just an evil b**ch of a bar
265x1
290x1
300x1 pb of 39kg
310xf got glued to just below my knees gutted
240xf was going to do some reps then my strap on my left hand snapped in 2 mid lift. just proves that only bad things can come from reps on deadlifts(took this as an omen and stopped there)

frame carry
140x5 meters
240x15meters easy
320x20meters not so easy but could have gone further
340x8meters (hardest part for me is the pickup and picking this up took alot out of me

arm over arm
the rope was weird very stretchy and where my rope at home is stiff i have gotten used to letting go of the rope completey while reseting so most of my pulls on the first set i was only pulling the tyre about half a meter if that when for a person of my height i should be getting a metter plus each pull

tyre and the 2 suitcase farmersx12 meters s**t

now down to the bottom end of the rope there was no stretch so:

tyre and the 2 suitcase farmersx 8 meters easy compared to above(i started pulling myself towards the tyre at one point should have put more weight on the yoke
suitcase farmersx25meters

stones (i ment to do sandbag put forgot)

100kg to 61
120kg to 61
150xg a fail
150kg to 55 pb
100kg trying for 72 2 fails
then i f**king lauched it and got it up
100kg t0 72

awesome session

well that first 12 meters was hard but the last 8meters of the rope was easy compared to the start. got that strong of pull on it combined with heavy bodyweight the yoke started to move towards the tyreEek
