my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | quick garden session today got to try my new stone out did not think i was going to be able to lift it after i was out of breath just rolling it from front to back garden. didnt set up nething to load it over but i recon i would easily clear it on to a 5ft platform we will see next week 140kg stone x1/1/ got it to chest and thought i would do some squating with it x3 /1 was going to do same as set 3 but lost balance and almost crushed my ankle / same as set 3 (forgot to put my belt on guess the zercher squats and plate rows have paid off) log 75x2/2/2 90x3/1/1/4 110xclean just wanted to see if i could get it up 75x5 tried doing them one motion from the floor but these are not for me log strict press 75x3 75x5 | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | excelent session today went back to old technique on deadlifts deadlifts 120x5 170x2 200x2 230x1 240x3/2/1 took me shoes off 250x1pb went up quite easy thought i would get cheecky 260xf tried front squats but guess my quads was a little tired from the stone yesterday 70x5 100x5 140x1 160xf left it there power clean 70x5 x3 110x1 112.5xf barbell row 112.5x3 x3 70x12 shrug 120x10 160x10 200x7/6 160xjust held this double overhand 120x9 double over 70x15 double overhand one min rowing got 360meters ran out of steam 40 seconds in | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | axle deads were harder than i thought may be something to do with darrens new bar kept getting stuck on me thighs and with the grip i could not hitch em (in darrens gym its quite cool where as my normal gym its hot so by the time i have warmed up i have a covering of sweat that makes it real easy ta slide the bar up) 55x6 95x4 135x2 175x3 245x1/f/f/f/f middle three all very close 215x3/3 log (terible) 60x5 80x2 100xf/f 80x5/6/4 then did two circuits of back to back hammer strength row 55kg per hand x12 calf raises 3/4 of stack x10 inclined board sit ups bout 30degree angle x10 60kg log clean and press x5 all completed in under 55 mins as had ta get the little one of ta nursery | ||
