yeah would be a bit easier to balance than a bar. i find when i did the bar carries last year turning around was a b**ch gonna start doing these again soon.

did some car pulling today wasnt really prepared for it just thought i would try it all pulling slightly up hill
no hand brake roughly 25 meters almost running at 10meters
1click on brake running by 15 meters
2clicks running at 20 meters
4clicks would not move
3 about 10 meters this felt good gonna go stright to this resistance next time

deadlifts today think i am over thinking technique and maybe reading to much on net cause it has stalled again not going ne where. althou last year i wasnt deadlifting as much i would just step up to a bar a ripped it off floor. i didn't think bout postioning and it usedto increase each week. so might just try that from now on.

quick garden session today got to try my new stone out did not think i was going to be able to lift it after i was out of breath just rolling it from front to back garden. didnt set up nething to load it over but i recon i would easily clear it on to a 5ft platform we will see next week
140kg stone x1/1/ got it to chest and thought i would do some squating with it x3
/1 was going to do same as set 3 but lost balance and almost crushed my ankle / same as set 3 (forgot to put my belt on guess the zercher squats and plate rows have paid off)

cheers boar may be would have got the 260 if i went for it striaght off but was trying to get some decent reps with 240 as got the chase charity comp soon. and its 240 for reps. on the first set the 240 went up so easy so i thought i would try for new pb

did a bit of messing about in the garden tonight nothing too stenous as going ta darren sadler gym tomorrow ta practice axle deads

axle deads were harder than i thought may be something to do with darrens new bar kept getting stuck on me thighs and with the grip i could not hitch em (in darrens gym its quite cool where as my normal gym its hot so by the time i have warmed up i have a covering of sweat that makes it real easy ta slide the bar up)
