went ta new gym today ebor fitness in york. just to try it out was suprised at the amount of equipment in there. was good session apart from one guy telling me to put my weights down gently. also they dont have bumper plates which has stop me cheating on deads which is a good thing.

proper pleased with today managed ta beat my squat pb by 15 kilos and get in an arguement with do dickheads at gym. oh yeah and they were both staff.

cheers jamie is a real weakness of mine along with any pressing because of my long limbs. (got scars on me knuckles from dragging them on floor)

went training today folks finished me nights only had 4 hours kip and me girlfriend offered to drive me to darren sadlers gym in boroughbridge (first time we went there she asked for directions to adam sadlers gym lol)
log press first rep clean then presses log bigger diameter than i am used to

after the devastation of not being able to manhandle anything more i just did a load of various rows and seated presses i hate to waste a workout at that gym as it is so well equipt (not much strong man stuff i think darren is trying to appeal more to the general public, which is fair enough i will take what i can get)

i tried looking before but all i got were press realeases from a local paper. if theres any questions u have on the facilities or out like that i am happy to help.
plus yeah that log would not let me breath was harder to lockout as well could not push my head threw either

training today was pants tried ta get a workout in while my girlfriend was sleeping after nights which ment i had to get breakfast fast and go to the gym this left me feeling bloated at the gym also my abs were hurting a little from balancing the larger log at darrens gym. and to make matters worse i think my calfs were still a little tried from mondays session

after all this was well pissed with myself.
did some plate rows and some little shrugs and some jogging
about an hour after i got home bloating went and was so annoyed with myself i felt proper up for a workout. gotta loose some weight so i can get into start postion for deadlift with belt on.
