my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | went ta new gym today ebor fitness in york. just to try it out was suprised at the amount of equipment in there. was good session apart from one guy telling me to put my weights down gently. also they dont have bumper plates which has stop me cheating on deads which is a good thing. deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x3 x2 180x3 220x3 225x2 220x2 180x6 cable row 100x5 strict hammer strength hi row (i think) 40phx15 60phx10 80phx4 70phx6 db row 50x5 strict first 4 reps little twist on fifth lat pulldowns 65x5 bicep stuff | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | proper pleased with today managed ta beat my squat pb by 15 kilos and get in an arguement with do dickheads at gym. oh yeah and they were both staff. push press 50x10 x2 80x3 x2 90x2 100x2 110x2 115xf 80x6 squat 60x5 110x5 130x2 did one set then added belt 150x2 170x1 pb easy 180x1 pb not so easy 110x5 no belt front squat 110xf 60x10 x3 incline bench press 50x5 70x2 90x1 50x8 on these just rested enough time to change weight did some press downs | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 16.02.2009 @ 18:02 PM by kingham22 went training today folks finished me nights only had 4 hours kip and me girlfriend offered to drive me to darren sadlers gym in boroughbridge (first time we went there she asked for directions to adam sadlers gym lol) log press first rep clean then presses log bigger diameter than i am used to 60x5 80x3 90x2 95x1 100xf 100x1 80x2 80x3 80x4 60x6 x2 cleaned all reps one motioned first 4 on each set dead lifts 60x5 100x5 140x5 these felt ever so heavy so left it there probably not enough sleep mixed with not enough food after the devastation of not being able to manhandle anything more i just did a load of various rows and seated presses i hate to waste a workout at that gym as it is so well equipt (not much strong man stuff i think darren is trying to appeal more to the general public, which is fair enough i will take what i can get) | ||

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | training today was pants tried ta get a workout in while my girlfriend was sleeping after nights which ment i had to get breakfast fast and go to the gym this left me feeling bloated at the gym also my abs were hurting a little from balancing the larger log at darrens gym. and to make matters worse i think my calfs were still a little tried from mondays session deads 140x5 180x5belt on 220x2 225xf/f/f 180x3 just could not set right in to postion unlike last week after all this was well pissed with myself. did some plate rows and some little shrugs and some jogging about an hour after i got home bloating went and was so annoyed with myself i felt proper up for a workout. gotta loose some weight so i can get into start postion for deadlift with belt on. | ||
