Seated Shoulder Press
Bar x 10
60kg x 5
80kg x 3
90kg x 3
102.5kg x 4
Nice solid and more importantly full reps

CGBP
80kg x 10
80kg x 10
80kg x 10
80kg x 10
80kg x 10
Felt good on these, last rep of every set paused Happy.

Lat Pulldowns
60kg x 10
70kg x 10
70kg x 10
72.5kg x 10
72.5kg x 10
Really good, weight lower than normal but every rep spot on without any momentum at all.

Tricep Rope Pushdown
20kg x 10
25kg x 10
25kg x 10
25kg x 10
25kg x 10
Really solid reps, good form = pumpaliscious triceps Happy

Good session. Decided to take 2-3 steps back and lowered weights to get form and technique right on everything with the hope of building from there and taking 4-5 steps forward Cool

Deadlifts (DOH)
60kg x 10
100kg x 5
140kg x 3
157.5kg x 3
180kg x 3 straps
202.5kg x 4 straps
Felt good. Each rep from 157.5 were done from dead stop. In past reps were closer to T&Gs so have decided to do them properly now as can't T&G in comps!!

Squats
60kg x 5
117.5kg x 10
117.5kg x 10
117.5kg x 10
117.5kg x 10
117.5kg x 10
Quite tough, TBH tho the last 2 sets were the best. Each rep was good tho which is main thing.

SLDL (T&G)
115kg x 10
115kg x 10
115kg x 10
115kg x 10
115kg x 10
Safe to say I was goosed after this, to be fair I was a bit tired before them, glad I got them done tho

EZ Bar Curls
10 x (20kg,25kg,25kg,27.5kg,27.5kg)
Kept these light and did them proper. People may take the piss but find my bicep tendons give me less grief on medleys etc when I do some curls in my workouts Embarassed

Good session, was bit longer than hoped, need to reduce rest times as I was a bit lazy Roll-Eyes, day off tomorrow so pressing on Thurs, hope weather is ok and may try some standing overhead stuff Cool. Just checked Metoffice and its gonna piss it down, awesome Unhappy!!

CGBP
Bar x 15
60kg x 5
80kg x 3

92.5kg x 3
105kg x 3
117.5kg x 4 CG rep PB Happy
Did attempt to video the 117.5 but pressed wrong button at end and didn't save video, idiot Roll-Eyes shame really as they were all rock solid full reps.

Seated Shoulder Press
67.5kg x 10
67.5kg x 10
67.5kg x 10
67.5kg x 10
67.5kg x 10
These were tough but again good reps with good ROM. Wanted to do standing ones but it was f**kin pissing it down outside Angry

Bent Over Rows
60kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
Weight alot less than normal but focused on getting reps cock on (which they were Happy) as opposed to doing a couple of good uns followed by 2 with a bit of momentum and 1 more with a bit of a swing.

Band Pull Aparts
No1 Band x 25
No1 Band x 25
No3 Band x 20
No3 Band x 20
No3 Band x 20

Good session, shoulder pressing was tough but think i will benefit froma warm up set even tho already done pressing, found first 2 sets tougher than last 3 Roll-Eyes Happy

Squats (knee sleeves)
Bar x 10
60kg x 5
100kg x 5

137.5kg x 3
155kg x 3
belt on
175kg x 4 Happy
Went good, maybe should have done more at 175.

Deadlifts (DOH)
135kg x 10
135kg x 10
135kg x 10 straps
135kg x 10 straps
135kg x 10 straps
These went good. Grip was solid but found hands were getting a bit shredded so thought i'd save them for now and used straps on last 3 sets.

Front Squats
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
82.5kg x 10
WTF was I thinking Roll-Eyes Grin. Absolutely f**ked after these!! Good reps tho.

Standing Calf Raises
60kg x 10
80kg x 10
100kg x 10
120kg x 10
120kg x 10
Improvement on last week Happy

Really good session, was goosed after the fronties, quads were that knackered struggled unracking bar to do calf raises Happy

Its a suprise you have time to work with all this traiing... Tongue Grin
great sessions mate well done on the cgbp rep PB
Nice deads.
I still dont get the overhead press thing, are you doing a 2 plate strict press from seated position for 4 reps? if so thats pretty strong!
I do agree with Chaos's statement, althoug he'll have you chasing a camel next toooCool

Works overrated rodger Happy, but the sessions are not too long TBH, range from 50mins - just over 1 hour. Think they will all be under an hour soon!
CGBP seems to be going well so gonna use it in place of normal bench for a bit methinks and its also good to see decent deads and pressing in the same week....finally Grin Grin Grin
They are as strict as poss, I generally try to pause at the bottom to make them strict as possible but sometimes the last one isn't really as strictEmbarassed.
I agree with Chaos myself which is scary, if weather naff but not too wet then may give it a go pressing outside! Cool
