Lat Pulldowns 60kg x 10 70kg x 10 70kg x 10 72.5kg x 10 72.5kg x 10 Really good, weight lower than normal but every rep spot on without any momentum at all. Tricep Rope Pushdown 20kg x 10 25kg x 10 25kg x 10 25kg x 10 25kg x 10 Really solid reps, good form = pumpaliscious triceps Good session. Decided to take 2-3 steps back and lowered weights to get form and technique right on everything with the hope of building from there and taking 4-5 steps forward | ||

Each rep from 157.5 were done from dead stop. In past reps were closer to T&Gs so have decided to do them properly now as can't T&G in comps!! Squats 60kg x 5 117.5kg x 10 117.5kg x 10 117.5kg x 10 117.5kg x 10 117.5kg x 10 Quite tough, TBH tho the last 2 sets were the best. Each rep was good tho which is main thing. SLDL (T&G) 115kg x 10 115kg x 10 115kg x 10 115kg x 10 115kg x 10 Safe to say I was goosed after this, to be fair I was a bit tired before them, glad I got them done tho EZ Bar Curls 10 x (20kg,25kg,25kg,27.5kg,27.5kg) Kept these light and did them proper. People may take the piss but find my bicep tendons give me less grief on medleys etc when I do some curls in my workouts Good session, was bit longer than hoped, need to reduce rest times as I was a bit lazy , day off tomorrow so pressing on Thurs, hope weather is ok and may try some standing overhead stuff . Just checked Metoffice and its gonna piss it down, awesome !! | ||

Seated Shoulder Press 67.5kg x 10 67.5kg x 10 67.5kg x 10 67.5kg x 10 67.5kg x 10 These were tough but again good reps with good ROM. Wanted to do standing ones but it was f**kin pissing it down outside Bent Over Rows 60kg x 10 82.5kg x 10 82.5kg x 10 82.5kg x 10 82.5kg x 10 82.5kg x 10 Weight alot less than normal but focused on getting reps cock on (which they were ) as opposed to doing a couple of good uns followed by 2 with a bit of momentum and 1 more with a bit of a swing. Band Pull Aparts No1 Band x 25 No1 Band x 25 No3 Band x 20 No3 Band x 20 No3 Band x 20 Good session, shoulder pressing was tough but think i will benefit froma warm up set even tho already done pressing, found first 2 sets tougher than last 3 | ||

Think they will all be under an hour soon! CGBP seems to be going well so gonna use it in place of normal bench for a bit methinks and its also good to see decent deads and pressing in the same week....finally They are as strict as poss, I generally try to pause at the bottom to make them strict as possible but sometimes the last one isn't really as strict. I agree with Chaos myself which is scary, if weather naff but not too wet then may give it a go pressing outside! | ||
