Cheers mate. Yeah not a bad amount done. Bit over top, but it was a Monday so national bench and curl day. So figured I'd not fight it Grin
Don't plan on doing that again though, still feeling it now

Ox, they are weird. Normally Inclines were done with DB's, just the same as DB bench felt strange as never do those either. something different, keeps things interesting.

Decided to try make a comeback training in the garage again, kettlebells are good n all, but weights are still the best thing for me Grin
Also naturally I have chosen a day where it is a little warmer as the couple of tester sessions a week or so ago were grim Grin

Have to admit the rows were possibly a bit light

Decent little session, nothing major, but also no niggles etc so always a win. Nice little place to start, just need to keep it up and actually get some consistency and get the sessions in.

Sessions not massively great, but a reasonable starting point. Hopefully in a few months if I can train with some consistency then might be moving some respectable weights! Happy

Cheers Nails, good to be posting again. I have been doing KB stuff, like pressing and swings mainly, but not with any goals or even consistency.

Warm ups felt great, including the 120, 130 felt like I had world on my back.

Front Squat

Not great, but not squatting much in last year or so and when I have it is light KB goblet squats, so squats then front squats a tad optimistic. Happy

Calf Raises

Like the other sessions, nothing impressive but also not majorly bad and reasonable starting point.
Still pondering whether to try improve mobility and do Front Squats with Clean grip instead of Bodybuilder grip?!! Might be better.
