Squat 60kg x 12 60kg x 12 60kg x 12 Holy s**t lower back pumped, made squats tough, weight easy, but lower back struggling. Think as much as I hate doing them, front squats maybe a better option next time. Standing Cable Crunch 20kg x 25 20kg x 25 20kg x 25 Bent Over Laterals 9kg x 15 9kg x 15 9kg x 15 Was weird, right leg twitching on these when bent over ![]() Decent session, happy with the deads, maybe need slightly more sensible squat choice next time. Not keen on Front squats, so going to have to learn to love them! | ||
