Cheers Ben. I agree, I do need to get outside. If it was a bit of rain then maybe, but the weather around ours and most of country i'd imagine as u say was horrible.

really happy with these as all working sets were from dead stop again.
Squats (knee sleeves)

Normally with squats I have really good days or really s**t, this was the latter . Felt awful which was weird as the 60 and 100 felt lighter than ever . Got to point where knee twinged alittle so stopped
