Improvements on most exercises again so can't complain too much Grin, but I will, the weather is s**t and I really want/need to train overhead standing!!

Cheers Ben. I agree, I do need to get outside. If it was a bit of rain then maybe, but the weather around ours and most of country i'd imagine as u say was horrible.

really happy with these as all working sets were from dead stop again.

Squats (knee sleeves)

Normally with squats I have really good days or really s**t, this was the latter Unhappy. Felt awful which was weird as the 60 and 100 felt lighter than ever Confused. Got to point where knee twinged alittle so stopped
