They did as the clean and presses take a bit out of you too. So better than nowt, it was some sort of movement so all good.

Tricep Pushdown

Decent session. Weights were a decent place to start. Heavy enough to not be easy, but still light enough to get the reps done and done with reasonable speed, happy with it.
