Have done some of my first "heavy" for me at least sesions in the last week qnd not a total loss240 beltless deadlfit weds, pretty solid 120 bench friday and some crappy 105 overhead and cleans

Not as bad as I expected. Three weeks off and still squatting 140. Now I know this is crap but the whole of last year was pretty crap so happy to be no further back
