Smash out a dirty great squat pb and get it on the board. You're better at repping than me so you could have a 170 in there!! Although I don't like repping so don't try very hard. Even so 125x11 is probably out of my league.

30 decline situps
in and out is 20 minutes!
i have got my driving test tomorrow so thats pretty scary (just incase anyone wanted to know )
