cant get anywhere near that currently, heaviest ive been was 250kg (better lift and no straps just before xmas).

This vid was 11 months ago Unhappy



Noticed you do dips, curls and chins after every session.

I have no idea what today looked like to be honest but i'd take 260 like that mate.

Dips and chins is just some bodyweight stuff for doing press ups every 6 month in work fitness tests. Not sure why i added curls apart from the missus like themTongue

No training today and the way my shoulder feels today no training tomorrow. Not sure what the hell i've done but feels very similar to just after i dislocated it a few years ago. Really not happy
