Really strong pressing, the first 4 sets were incredibly fast.

I felt half dead when I got home last night so couldn't put together a Decent write up can't belive how demanding such a simple program is will be interesting to see if it works

haha na it wasnt that loose but 180 touched when i realy pulled it in realy like the feel of it compared to the rage x for training in no where near as harsh
