oh and suggesting it would be okay to slit a gym instructors throat with a laminated health and safty sign used to condem the use of the power rack which they still havnt fixed

THEY AIN'T MENDING IT! Unhappy Angry

I spoke to them when I left and they are pricing up various squat racks/power cages etc. but don't they'll be getting a rack like what we have know because they think that it's not used enough and even puts some people off!

On the plus side they have the purchase order for a set of dumbbells 2.5kg-50kg in 2.5kg increments in the office. could do with being a bit heavier for you but better than what they have at the moment

this is very true unless you have explosive diarrhoea, in that case any number of squats is probably too many
