session felt alot stronger tonite squats felt realy light aswell think i have hit the turning point in the program wear bodys realised its just gunna have to man the f**k up and deal with the work load haha

Started my comp build up tnite run through my squat warm up and finshed 20 kg under my opener so pretty easy session time to let my body recover and see what strength iv gained
